Sec. 18-217. Deposits required.
   Every applicant for new utility service is required to pay a security deposit. The amount of the deposit is contained within the Master Fee Schedule, which is set and amended by resolution. Deposits will be returned following three (3) years of payment history in the form of a credit on the monthly utility bill. Existing utility customers with a payment history of at least three (3) years are not required to pay a deposit when adding or changing service locations.
