Sec. 17-476. Lights required.
   No bicycle shall be permitted on any street, highway or boulevard of the city between thirty (30) minutes after sunset and thirty (30) minutes before sunrise without a headlight visible from the front thereof for not less than three hundred (300) feet, nor without a red taillight or in lieu thereof a reflector attached to and visible from the rear of such bicycle for a distance of not less than two hundred (200) feet.
