Sec. 17-386. Definition.
   For the purposes of this article the term "school bus" shall mean every vehicle with a capacity of ten (10) or more pupils excluding the driver owned or operated by or for a school or school district used for the purpose of transporting school children to and from school or used in connection with school activities.
