Regulated parking spaces are those included within the boundaries of the following described area: the south side of Jackson Blvd. from 5th Street to 7th Street, the east side of 7th Street from Jackson Blvd. to Hudson Street, the north side of Grant Street from 7th Street to Main Street, and the west side of 5th Street from Hudson Street to Jackson Blvd. All parking areas, both physically on street and boulevard, contained within this area will be enforced.
