Sec. 17-152. Signals by hand and arm or signal devices.
   Any stop or turn signal when required by this article shall be given either by means of the hand and arm or by an approved mechanical or electrical signal device. When a vehicle is so constructed or loaded that hand-and-arm signals would not be visible both to the front and rear of such vehicle such signals must be given by such device as approved by the state department of commerce and regulation.
