Sec. 14-184. Purchase of spaces at the Rose Garden.
   The burial or spreading of ashes in the Rose Garden requires the purchase of a site for such burial or spreading. Burial or spreading of ashes in the Rose Garden is only allowed in designated areas, as determined by the director of parks and recreation.
