Sec. 14-161. Handling of funds.
   All money received from the sale of cemetery parcels, digging of graves, perpetual care, and other services about the cemetery shall be paid directly to the city. Payments for perpetual care shall be used for the care and maintenance of the cemetery in accordance with state law.
