Sec. 14-159. Records generally.
   The finance office shall keep all records of the cemetery and shall procure suitable books, forms, or other records, written and electronic for the purpose or recordkeeping.
   The city administrator shall designate an employee to sell the cemetery parcels and sign the permit for disposition of dead human remains.
