If, after investigation, the Township Board has been be reasonably satisfied that the applicant has complied with the requirements of this subchapter and all other applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, and if the proper fee has been paid to the township, the Township Board shall issue a medical marihuana caregiver license. Any license issued under this subchapter shall be prominently and conspicuously displayed at the licensed premises and shall be presented to any township official or agent upon request for review or inspection of said ticense.
