PREFACE

This Village Code of the Village of Spaulding, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 2021-6-2, passed June 14, 2021. Ordinances of the Village adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this Village Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the Village Office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the Code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
