4-5-5: INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT:
Upon receipt of an application, the Village Clerk shall promptly submit the completed application to the Police Department for verification. The Police Department shall complete a verification and investigation in no more than thirty (30) days from its receipt of the completed application.
