4-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter, the following words and terms are hereby defined:
FIXED POINT:  The location of a mobile food vending operation that is the primary place from which the business will operate within the Village.
MOBILE FOOD VENDOR:  A food vending operation that prepares or serves food from permitted vehicle, trailer, or cart.
SEASONAL VENDOR: A vending operation that vends agricultural produce, eggs, meat, or crafts from April 1 through November 30 each year within the village.
SPECIAL EVENT:  A temporary operation and location, as part of an event or gathering such as fundraiser, company or community picnic, block party, wedding, and the like.
VENDORS: “Vendor” or “Vendors” or “Mobile Food Vendor(s)” shall include fixed point vendors, special event vendors, and seasonal vendors.
