4-4-1: RESTRICTIONS:

A. No person, firm or corporation shall sponsor or conduct an auction, yard sale or garage sale at a property zoned residential more than four (4) times per calendar year.

B. The duration of any residential auction, yard sale or garage sale shall not be more than seventy two (72) continuous hours.
