3-3-3: SIMPLIFIED MUNICIPAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS TAX:

There is hereby imposed a simplified Municipal telecommunications tax pursuant to 35 Illinois Compiled Statutes 636/5-1 et seq. Copies of said tax are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk for public use and inspection.
