(A) All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection of the building sanitary sewer to the sanitary sewer connection (lateral) shall be borne by the property owner. Such owner shall indemnify the village and its agents from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be caused by the installation of the building sanitary (lateral) sewer.
(B) Separate and independent sanitary service connections shall be provided for each parcel of land adjacent to the path of the sanitary sewer.
