§ 51.24 APPROVAL OF PLATS.
Plats for premises located in the district and subdivided into four or more lots or parcels, which are undeveloped and which were not assessed on a special assessment roll or whose owners otherwise requested that a service connection or lateral not be extended to the undeveloped parcel at the time the sewer was constructed, shall not be approved by the township after the effective date of this chapter unless, without regard to the 200-foot requirement hereof, an extension to the public sewer is constructed to and serving all lots in the plat in compliance with the construction and capacity requirements of the township as reviewed by the Township Engineer, all at the cost of the owner of the premises. This is intended to implement the provisions of the Subdivision Control Act of 1967 (Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 et seq., as amended).
