§ 51.21 DISCHARGE TO NATURAL OUTLET.
   No person shall discharge to any natural outlet within the district any sewage or wastes, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with standards established by the SWRC, U.S. EPA and this chapter.
