The number of units to be assigned to any premises for sewage disposal services shall be as hereafter provided and, if not specifically provided, then as determined by the township. Changes in the character of the use of any premises which places the premises in another category shall subsequently be assigned the appropriate unit factors in accordance with the following schedule. If a single premises has more than one use category, each use shall be assigned the appropriate units, but not less than one use shall be assigned for each separate use. The number of units determined by this schedule shall be rounded off to the nearest one-tenth unit for billing purposes, but shall not be less than one unit for any premises.
