Notes:  
1. All supplemental requirements set forth in §§ 154.205 through 154.231 and 154.245 through 154.274 shall be observed. All off-street parking, signs, lighting & screening requirements, and the like, contained therein shall be enforced.
2. In the Ag-1 district, all non-agricultural dwellings, as defined in § 154.006, shall comply with the provisions of the Appendix B for single family dwelling units in Group A, and other regulations for dwellings in the Ag-1 district.
3. The required yard shall be doubled when adjacent to a residential district or residential use.
4 .All accessory buildings must be set back ten feet from any property line and five feet from any building; except that all accessory buildings & accessory off-street parking are generally prohibited in the required front yard. (§ 154.252).
