§ 113.08. LIMITATIONS ON TRANSFER OF PERMITS.
   (A)   A permit issued under this chapter shall not be transferable from person to person, nor from business to business, from vendor to vendor, from event to event, or from festival to festival, or any combination thereof.
   (B)   A permit is valid for one mobile food vending unit and shall not be transferred between mobile food vending units.
