§ 98.02 OFFENSES.
   (A)   No person shall disturb, disrupt or interfere with any township public meeting or assemblage.
   (B)   No person shall unreasonably interrupt, disrupt, disturb or interfere with the work or services of township officials, officers or employees at or within the township offices.
   (C)   No person shall create, make or excite any disruption, disturbance or contention at a township public meeting where citizens are peacefully and lawfully assembled.
   (D)   Where a person conducts himself or herself in a threatening, disorderly or disruptive matter at a public township meeting and, after notice from the presiding officer, persists therein, then the presiding officer may order the threatening, disorderly or disruptive person to leave the meeting, and upon the person’s refusal to do so, that person shall be in violation of this chapter and may be removed by a law enforcement officer.
   (E)   No person shall issue a threat of physical assault or violence against or as to any township official, officer, employee or agent at or within the township offices.
   (F)   No person, by act or word, shall threaten to cause physical harm or physical contact to any township official, officer, employee or agent at a public township meeting or at the township offices.
   (G)   A person may be ejected or excluded from a public township meeting if the person violates this chapter, or disrupts or creates a breach of the peace at a public meeting.
   (H)   A person who violates divisions (B), (E) or (F) above may be ejected or removed from the township offices. Failure of that person to leave the township offices shall also be a violation of this chapter.
   (I)   A person who violates divisions (A), (C), (D), (F) or (G) above may be ejected or removed from the public township meeting involved. Failure of that person to leave the public meeting shall also be in violation of this chapter.
   (J)   Any person who has violated any of the above divisions or has been found responsible for any such violation by a court of competent jurisdiction may be barred or prohibited from visiting or being present in the township offices or attending a township public meeting for a time period not to exceed one year at the direction of the Township Board, or for any time period allowed by law pursuant to the directive of a court of competent jurisdiction.
