(A) The officers of the Commission shall be Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary. There shall be nine Commissioners. All officers shall be elected at the first organizational meeting of the Commission and, thereafter, at the first regular meeting in each March. All officers shall be elected by a majority vote of the Commission.

(B) (1) The Chairperson shall preside at all regular meetings and shall prepare an agenda for all meetings.
(2) The Vice Chairperson shall carry out the duties of the Chairperson in the absence of the Chairperson.
(3) The Secretary shall take minutes of all meetings of the Commission and send copies of the same to Commission members and to the Township Board. The Secretary shall provide for all notices required by law. All records of the Commission shall be filed and kept by the Township Clerk.
