§ 30.34 RULES OF PROCEDURE.
   All meetings of the Commission shall be conducted in accordance with the Scott, Foresman Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, by Scott, Foresman and Company #15472, except herein specifically changed or as is required by law.
