(A) The Township Board must approve the expenditure of all funds by the Commission. All funds that are received by the Commission or given to the Commission shall be turned over to the Township Treasurer.

(B) The Commission shall prepare an annual budget listing planned expenditures and income and submit same to the Township Supervisor for approval by the Township Board by February 1 of each year. All expenditures before being made must all be approved by the Township Board.
