This chapter shall be administered by the Township Supervisor, Township Zoning Administrator or their designated agent(s). The rules, regulations and standards imposed by this chapter shall be considered to be the minimum requirements for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the township; and, in interpreting and applying them, primary consideration shall be given to these factors.
