Except as otherwise expressly provided in this subchapter, the Township Planning Commission shall have such powers and authority as are delegated to it by Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances, as amended, as well as the powers and authorities specified in the state’s Zoning Enabling Act (Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq.) and the state’s Planning Enabling Act (Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 et seq.) for a township planning commission in the state.
