Approval of a final plan shall serve as conditional authorization to proceed with the project. Approval shall not serve as the authorization of land uses on individual lots. Uses on individual lots shall be subject to authorization under the provisions of Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances and any general or special regulations applicable to the use.
