The scope of this chapter is to adopt minimum standards and procedures required in the preparation and presentation of plans for the development of lots not otherwise subject to Ch. 151 of this code of ordinances and the state’s Subdivision Control Act of 1967 (Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, as amended). This chapter also identifies minimum standards for the development of property in the township; and sets forth procedures to be followed by the township in applying these rules, regulations and standards; and prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
