§ 151.07 STANDARDS FOR APPROVAL.
   A proposed land division reviewable by the township shall be approved if the following criteria are met.
   (A)   All parcels created by the proposed division(s) shall fully comply with the applicable lot area and lot width requirements of Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances for the zoning district(s) in which such parcels are located.
   (B)   Each resulting parcel shall have the width to depth ratio specified by Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances for the zoning district(s) in which such resulting parcel is located. In the absence of any designation by Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances, each resulting parcel which is less than ten acres in size shall have a depth which is not more than four times the width of the parcel. The width and depth of the resulting parcel shall be measured in the same manner provided by Ch. 154 of this code of ordinances for measuring the width and depth of lots.
   (C)   The proposed land division(s) comply with all requirements of this chapter and the Land Division Act, Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, as amended.
   (D)   All parcels created and remaining have existing adequate accessibility, or an area available therefor, for public utilities and emergency and other vehicles.
