§ 30.03 MEMBERSHIP, APPOINTMENT AND TERMS.
   (A)   The Planning Commission shall consist of seven members, who shall be selected in accordance with the state’s Planning Enabling Act. One member of the Township Board shall be a member of the Planning Commission. One Planning Commission member shall be a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The membership of the Planning Commission shall be representative of important segments and geography of the township to the extent practicable.
   (B)   One member of the Township Board shall be appointed to the Planning Commission. The term of such member of the Township Board shall expire with his or her term on the Township Board (unless appointed by the Township Board for a shorter tenure).
   (C)   The Township Supervisor shall appoint members of the Planning Commission, subject to approval by a majority vote of the members elected and serving on the Township Board.
   (D)   The term of each Planning Commission member shall be for three years, except for members serving because of their membership on the Township Board, whose term shall be limited to the time they are members of the Township Board and/or the period stated in the resolution or motion appointing them.
