The township hereby confirms the establishment, creation and existence of the Township Planning Commission, previously established by the Township Board, with all the powers and duties as provided in the state’s Zoning Enabling Act (Public Act 110 of 2006, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq., as amended) and the state’s Planning Enabling Act (Public Act 33 of 2008, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 et seq., as amended).
