§ 112.03 ESTABLISHMENTS AND FACILITIES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Pursuant to § 6 of the MRTMA, being M.C.L.A. § 333.27956, marijuana establishments are prohibited within the boundaries of the township.
   (B)   Marijuana facilities are also prohibited within the boundaries of the township.
