§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   A person who violates any provision of this chapter or the terms or conditions of a permit is responsible for a municipal civil infraction which shall be punishable by a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this chapter and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this chapter. In addition to any remedies available at law, the township may bring an action for an injunction or other process against a person to restrain, prevent or abate any violation of this chapter. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the remedies available to the township in the event of a violation by a person of this chapter or a permit.
