§ 110.06 AUTHORITY TO ISSUE.
   (A)   Nothing herein shall be construed to require the township or the Township Board to issue a license that may be available due to the population of the township.
   (B)   Whether a license should be issued shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Township Board, and the Township Board may submit the issue as to whether such available license should be issued at all to any applicant to the voters of the township located outside the limits of any incorporated village or city for an advisory vote concerning the same.
