§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 97.01 and 97.02 of this chapter or who shall fail to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each and every violation of non-compliance. Punishment shall be by a fine in an amount as set by the township from time to time, or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
      (2)   The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects immediately.
