§ 95.02 REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   A minimum of 18 inches of cover soil must be placed over the container or vault. The site after burial must be returned to equal or improved conditions as before opening.
   (B)   There must be placed on the grave six inches of black dirt top soil.
   (C)   There must be a finished grave surface of grass.
   (D)   Dwarf shrubs, small plants, urns or other appropriate ornamental accessories must be in line with the headstone.
   (E)   Maintenance of dwarf shrubs, small plants, urns or other appropriate ornamental accessories will be the responsibility of the family of the interred and will not be included in perpetual care, and any of such that are not properly maintained shall be removed by the sexton.
   (F)   Headstone footings and foundations must be of a solid design and able to continuously support the headstone and must be of a minimum depth of three feet and may be required to a greater depth at the discretion of the sexton or other individual so appointed by the Township Supervisor in order to provide for adequate support.
   (G)   Standard safety equipment of such nature as to protect the excavator is required when opening a grave or burial space and shall remain in place until the grave or burial space is closed.
   (H)   No wooden boxes are permitted. The minimum acceptable container will be cement.
   (I)   No glass containers are permitted in a cemetery.
   (J)   No decorative or loose stones, including field stone, shall be placed around the headstone or flower beds.
   (K)   No fences of any kind are permitted on or near grave sites.
   (L)   Flowers and other ornamentals shall be removed from the cemetery on or before October 1 of each calendar year.
