§ 95.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BURIAL SPACE. A lot or portion thereof in any cemetery designed and intended for the interment of human bodies or of a human body, but not used for such purpose.
   CEMETERY. Any public cemetery owned, managed or controlled by the township and any cemetery located within the township.
   GRAVE. A lot or portion thereof in any cemetery designed and intended for the interment of a human body.
   HEADSTONE. Any marker or monument used to identify the decedent thereunder interred.
