The Fire Chief may prohibit any or all bonfires and/or outdoor rubbish fires when atmospheric conditions or other conditions make such fires extremely hazardous. Such restriction shall be promulgated by notice thereof being published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the township and shall become effective 24 hours after such publication.
