§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Except as provided by division (B) below, any person, corporation, firm or other entity who violates any provision of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, subject to payment of a civil fine, the amount of which shall be set by the township from time to time, plus costs and other sanctions, for each violation, as authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances and other applicable laws. Repeat offenses under this chapter shall be subject to increased fines in the amounts as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who shall violate an order to confine an animal owned by him or her to his or her premises pursuant to the provisions of §§ 90.30 through 90.32 of this chapter, or who shall, on demand, refuse to surrender any animal owned by him or her to avoid the destruction thereof pursuant to an order made under §§ 90.30 through 90.32 of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by fine or imprisonment.
