§ 52.06 TAMPERING WITH WATER OR SEWER SYSTEM.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, break, obstruct, damage, change, alter or otherwise interfere or tamper with, in any manner, any water pipe or water main or hydrant or sewer pipe or water tank or any other thing being a part of the water works or sewer system.
