§ 52.05 CLIMBING WATER TOWERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, without first obtaining written authority from the Mayor or Town Council, to go or climb on or upon, or in any manner ascend the town water tank or reservoir, its towers or supports or any part thereof.
