§ 52.04 WATER FOR CONSUMERS OUTSIDE OF TOWN.
   The charge for water furnished to customers outside of the corporate limits shall be fixed by the Town Council at rates not less than those provided in § 52.02, and all sections of this chapter pertaining to the administration of the Water Department shall apply equally to any customer residing outside of the corporate limits.
