§ 52.03 CUTTING ON WATER AFTER DISCONTINUANCE.
   Any person who shall turn the water from the town water mains into a meter or private connection, which connection has been cut off by the Town Clerk/Finance Officer or other official, for the nonpayment of water bill, without authority of the Town Clerk/Finance Officer or other official, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
