(A) Storm water, ground water, rain water, street drainage, subsurface drainage or yard drainage shall not be discharged through direct or indirect connection to a town sewer.
(B) It shall be unlawful to discharge to any storm drain, private or town, any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes or other polluted waters. It shall be allowed to discharge uncontaminated cooling water into the town's storm sewer system.
