§ 50.02 PERTINENT PROVISIONS PART OF CONTRACTS.
   All pertinent provisions of this chapter are hereby made a part of the terms and conditions whereby the town furnishes sewer or water services to any person or whereby the town makes any sewer or water connection or performs any work of any kind in connection with the furnishing of sewer or water service.
