(A) (1) In the Neighborhood-Business (NB) District, change the side yard requirements from 15 feet on both sides of a principal structure to 15 feet on one side and zero on the other. When the business is adjacent to a residential use, the 15-foot side yard shall be on the side separating the two uses. When the business is adjacent to a residential on both sides, the 15-foot side yard shall be on both sides.
(2) If an agreement should be worked out between the business and residential property owners this requirement could be deleted.
(B) Also, in the Neighborhood-Business (NB) District, change the front yard setback from 50 feet to 30 feet.
