§ 156.004 BONA FIDE FARMS EXEMPT.
   This chapter shall, in no way, regulate, restrict, prohibit or otherwise deter a bona fide farm and its related uses within the one mile area, as defined in § 156.001, except that any use of the property for non-farm purposes shall be subject to the regulations.
