§ 32.04 OFFICERS SERVE AT PLEASURE OF COUNCIL.
   All officers and employees shall serve at the pleasure of the Council. They shall also execute a bond with the sureties as shall be required and approved by the Council and shall receive compensation as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board.
