§ 31.04 OFFICIAL COPY.
   A true copy of any ordinance or resolution, which has been duly enacted by the Council and has been signed by the Clerk/Finance Officer and the official seal of the town attached thereto, shall be known and recognized as an official copy of any ordinance or resolution of the town.
