§ 150.04 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
   Members of the Town Council, Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, administrative staff, and any member participating on any board exercising quasi-judicial functions shall adhere to North Carolina G.S. § 160D-109, "Conflicts of Interest," with regard to development regulation.
